We visited SIAL Toronto to meet with Canadian meat suppliers and better understand their export capabilities.
One of the key stops was the Dubreton booth, where we discussed packaging formats, lead times, and market interest from our Chinese buyers.
This visit helped us match real factory supply with actual demand in China — a critical step as we expand our sourcing network beyond Quebec.

We were invited by SIAL to share our views as a cross-border meat trading team based in Canada.
During the interview, we discussed current trends in China’s import market and highlighted key demand for pork and poultry from GACC-compliant plants in Canada, France, and Brazil.
The event gave us a chance to meet Chinese importers face-to-face, and validate real-time demand across different product types.
